Electric Thermal Fluid Heaters

A thermal fluid heater is a vital part of many manufacturing processes including reactor heating, cooking/frying, gas processing, liquid and gas reheating and many other processes. Using electricity to heat thermal fluid has become very popular and Thermal Process can provide electric heating elements to heat thermal oil. A thermal fluid heater is sometimes called a hot oil heater or hot oil boiler. Thermal oil and thermal fluids can be used for high temperature applications up to 750 F, while glycol and hot water can be used for low temperature processes. Using thermal fluid for process heating has many benefits including being able to heat the fluid to high temperatures, while staying at low pressures. Thermal Process can provide electric heaters from 10 KW to 3 MW. Custom process skids including electric heaters, pumps, and tanks can be designed for specific process needs.
